I think it depends under which past fee regime did you file then.......people who filed at that time under the old fee structure need to keep ponying up as far as I remember.
Post it on the lawyer's forum side...you might get a more acuurate/updated answer otherwise I guess its 380 bucks now(the fee was again bumped up on nov 23).

Guys any suggestions? How long does it take to produce the cards these days? I've seen many approvals where they get the cards within days. Pretty confused about this.

The U.S. House of Representatives concurred today with the Senate Amendment to H.R. 5116, America COMPETES Reauthorization Act of 2010 by a bipartisan vote of 228 to 130.
The bill aims to maintain national economic and scientific leadership by: supporting basic research; improving science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education; and fostering innovation, especially the development of new energy technologies.
Nothing much or anything significant....a broad high level to do things...like science and technology education to be improved...

For filing of I485, do I need to file for my dependent child who is an US citizen (age :1 year+)? Also does my child need to go through the medical exam and be part of the I485 application even though she is a citizen?

Yep.. Steve had a database crash last year and the got wiped I believe.. I thought it was funny this old thread was dug up. :-)
